We will delete your data at any time providing there is no outstanding legal reason to retain your data, simply send us a message explaining that you wish to have all your data deleted.
If you are a current client, the above does not apply. Your agreement with us will contain the necessary privacy conditions and obligations.
Third Party Services
Information stored by the Zendesk widget is held locally on your computer and can be cleared by clearing your browser cache. When you send a support message via the widget, email or support site, information will be held about you and your message. If you are not a client, you can simply message us to request a copy or removal of this data. For clients, please consult with your Account Manager.
